Command Center
In between the power of the information at your fingertips through the CLEAN ™ Management Console and the BigBelly Solar waste and recycling stations on the ground sits the network Command Center, which is the brain behind the System functionality.
Information presented to the Management Console is all collected and organized in the Command Center. Stations deliver fullness information in real-time, and this data is stored and analyzed in the Command Center, allowing the user to customize a broad range of reports and analyses in the Management Console to support their operational and financial decision making.
In addition to receiving data from the stations, the Command Center also controls the stations and issues operational commands that are critical to their performance. On top of routine daily commands delivered to the stations, the Command Center tracks locations, enables changes in station settings, delivers new functionality upgrades and enables more efficient service and maintenance.
The Command Center is also the critical analytical link to BigBelly Solar customer support, enabling rapid and professional response to customer operational questions.
